Is this really white label? Will my clients know Artwork Collective is involved?
Completely white label. Your clients will never hear our name. We put your studio name in the email "From" field, and every message they receive speaks about you and your photography brand. From their perspective, this is entirely your experience.
Is this run by real people?
Yes. Every client experience is handled by a real human. Our designers and hosts have real experience in this industry and genuinely know print and artwork. In a world full of automation & AI, we think your clients deserve better than a bot - and so do you.
What profit do I make from artwork sales?
For portraits and weddings without an album included, AC White Label artwork sales give you 50% of the sale price less 1/2 the cost of goods sold.
For weddings with an album included, you keep 60% of the sale price - $249 album & design fee - 1/2 of the cost of any upgrades above the included album's cost.
That's it: no credit card fees, handling fees, or anything else.
Every sale shows you the exact profit calculation in your dashboard after artwork is fulfilled. Reveal Celebration profit calculations are handled differently, inquire for details.
How do I send a client to you?
Simple: sign up for $7 a month and you'll get access to the Artwork Collective portal. There are training videos inside, and uploading your first client takes just a few minutes.
How do I stay updated on my clients' experience?
Your dashboard shows you everything. Current clients we're working with, recent sales, newly onboarded sessions, and your full payout history. It's all in one place.
Can I use this for weddings and portraits?
Yes. We currently serve wedding, portrait, family, newborn, and maternity clients. Boudoir and seniors are coming later in 2027.
How long does it take to get started?
Signing up takes 2 minutes. Then budget an hour or two to watch and implement the onboarding content - it's crucial to getting our systems aligned.
As soon as you've finished onboarding, you can send your first client's information, and we start the education and sales process right away.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can submit?
No limit, ever. For $7 a month you can submit as many clients as you want. We always recommend including an album or a $100 print credit in your collections - your training explains how - but there are no caps. We want artwork in every clients' home.
What if I want to be involved in the client experience instead of fully handing it off?
We have a service for that. AC Designs is our done-for-you album design service. We design the album, hand it back to you, and you take it from there with your client directly.
