Partnership Payouts

AC will pay you out asap  – as soon as the reveal and artwork order is complete. Here’s how it works:

Fully paid & approved orders

The couple paid the entire amount during the reveal, and no follow-up feedback is needed from the couple.

1. AC will order the client artwork as soon as we can, typically within one week of the reveal.
2. You will be paid the profit from the reveal, typically again within one week of the artwork order.

Orders that need feedback from the couple

Occasionally, couples won’t approve a design right away and want to look at their gallery first.

1. AC will work with the couple to get final approval as soon as possible. We try to get this within days, but sometimes couples delay weeks or longer.
2. Once we have their final approval and payment, we’ll order the album asap, typically within one week of the client’s approval.
3. Again, you’ll typically be paid out within one week of the artwork order.

Payment plans & delayed payments

For couples who need to wait on a payment for cash flow reasons, or have a payment plan.

1. AC usually tries to get a payment of at least $1,000 up front. This covers most or all of the cost of goods sold and lets us get the artwork into production asap.
   1. In these cases, you’ll be sent a partial payment within one week of the artwork order to help you cover the COGS. If AC is covering the COGS, this initial payment will often be relatively small.
2. If the couple does a smaller deposit payment, or delays their first payment for cash flow reasons, AC will delay ordering artwork until at least $1,000 in payments have been collected from the client.
   1. Again, you’ll be paid a partial payment to cover COGS.
3. Once the couple’s payment plan is complete and their invoice is fully paid, you’ll be paid the balance of profit from the total sale.
