Artwork Collective – Terms & Conditions

Fulfillment Policy 

1. Cancelation & Refund Policy – All artwork orders are custom designs, and as such are not refundable or cancelable.
2. Delivery Policy – Artwork orders will either be shipped by common carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.) or hand-delivered by your photographer. Deliveries will typically happen 4 to 8 weeks after ordering; however, material shortages, delayed client design approvals, payment delays, and other acts of god are outside our control and may delay receipt of your artwork.
3. Return policy – All artwork orders are custom pieces or art, and, as such, are not returnable.
4. Warranty – All artwork has a one-year warranty from the time of receipt for defects in any physical material. This does not cover normal wear and tear or customer-initiated damage. Please notify your reveal host at the first sign of any problem with your artwork.
